Dear LIB readers, try this!

What I want you to try is something called 'Note To Self'. It's where you write a letter speaking to your younger self. What would you say to the child that you used to be? You need to try it...it's quite liberating and will definitely help you. Of course you have to be a bit older to participate in this. See an example HERE to understand how to write the note.
