Many people believe the Kardashian-Jenner name is enough to open doors and opportunities for those who bear it, or those related to them. Rob Kardashian’s former girlfriend spoke about it last month, and now, Kendall Jenner, the 18 year old model step-sister of Kim Kardashian has dropped her last name, also saying it is a drag on her career.

Now to be known simply by her first name, “Kendall”, the upcoming model reflected this on her official modeling portfolio. Kendall had always talked about her last name not helping her get jobs and how being associated with the Kardashians made people not believe in her’.
