Van Vicker Quits set for fear of Ebola Virus

 Van-Vicker-citypeoplenews
It sounds like many of the jokes being peddled about the Ebola scare but award winning Ghanaian actor, Van Vicker, doesn’t see anything about the virus as a joke. The actor who has a Liberian lineage, has made it open that he is scared of going back to Liberia to shoot the second part of his movie, ‘Bendu Sudan’ because of the deadly Ebola virus ravaging the country,

It would be recalled that the actor openly announced that he would be shooting the second part of the film in Liberia after shooting the first part in Ghana.

“ Ebola is a deadly disease, you can’t joke with it. I have been to Liberia several times to do casting and production meetings, and all was scheduled to go for shoot this month, but because of the Ebola threat, I don’t want to take chances shooting in Liberia. I pray that the good Lord saves us all. I will be going back to shoot the part 2 once the Ebola issues are solved” he said

"I'm a fantastic actor despite what Genevieve thinks":-Van Vicker reacts to alleged diss

When asked by the Nigerian Tribune about Genevieve allegedly saying he is a bad actor(I didn't even hear about it..))'..he told the Nigerian Tribune...
I read the article but I wasn’t bothered about it because that was her opinion, and she is entitled to it. I never responded to it, and I don’t think I will. Nevertheless, I don’t have any ill feelings towards her. Now, whether her opinion has changed or is still the same, it doesn’t make much of a difference to me, because I know I am a fantastic actor and I am doing what I am doing with passion. I am enjoying it and I am making the best I can of it.
Having said that, if I am given a job to do and she is involved, I would do the job. I won’t say because she said this, I won’t do the job.
If I meet her at a function or on a movie shoot, I’ll ask her; but I won’t do it through the media. Some of these things people write in the papers or on the blogs are not even true; it’s possible they twisted her words. They do it to me all the time, so it’s possible they did that to her. But when I meet her personally, I will ask her if she did say that. And if she did, the conversation will continue, as to why she said it and how she said it"
