Next time you see Nigerian-German afropolitan musician and producer, Ade Bantu (Adegoke Olukoyaha), you may not recognise him. Reason, the singer has shaved of his trademark dreadlocks, his most defining characteristics after wearing the look for 23 years.
Ade Bantu posted photos on Instagram showing his 23year old dreads being shaved off and captioned it Letting go #metamorphosis. The 43year old is the founder of Afropolitan Vibes and was a judge on the 2012 edition of Project Fame West Africa.
